Intended subscription service
DibSearch is intended to run saved marketplace searches on a schedule and deliver alerts about matching listings. The service will not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete marketplace coverage, delivery of every possible result or continued availability of any listing.
Third-party marketplace information
Listing content, seller information, availability and marketplace access come from third parties and can change without notice. DibSearch is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, probe protected application routes, introduce malicious code or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Future payments
When paid access becomes available, the checkout will identify the merchant of record and present the payment, renewal, tax and cancellation terms that govern the transaction. Those checkout terms will supplement these website terms.
Consumer rights and changes
Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Before the account-based service launches, Vallar LLC may update these terms to reflect the final product and applicable requirements. No governing-law venue is selected in this pre-launch version.
